Application domains

The application domain of a find is derived from the interpretation of the find itself, which need not always be correct. Even so, it gives an approximate answer to the question What was buried with the deceased? — mostly jewellery and personal objects, followed by tools. Weapons seem an obvious choice but are comparatively rare.
